more than likely im guessing you have the cast centers with demountable rims??
if so you will look long and hard for a set of nice 40 inch rubber. you may have to bite the bullet and spend the money at Miller's for new rubber. they stock 9*40
other option would be find some 36 inch roundspokes, but then you will have to deal with a somewhat odd sized tire, although easier to find. Farmall C's Super C's, 200's and 230's ran 36 inch rubber on them
