There are a lot of methods to loosen a stuck piston. A good penetrating oil[everyone has a favorite]such as Croil,Zep or blaster sprayedin and then jacking up one wheel and rocking it back and forth and then letting it sit maybe with a weight hung on one side of the tire. then just keep repeating the process. This method works but takes a lot of patience. If you lack this take a rod with a point,a 4 pound hammer and go under the motor and place the point of the rod against the bottom of the piston and wail on it good a few times. The top of the piston will brake out relieving pressure on the sides and rings, take the pieces out and you can then remove the rod . Of course you will need new parts but this does work every time.If you do work for people who have no patience you find short cuts out of need.
