The H's frame rails are 2" closer together than the M's.
The bolts will basically be "half a hole off." It's not as simple as just drilling a few holes because there's no meat there to drill into.
It would be much easier to take the M's frame rails and cut them just ahead of the bell housing, and step them in 1". Then the rails would match up to the M bell housing in back, and the H bolster in front.
You will still need a custom rear engine plate to mount the 350 engine up to the M bell housing.
