Tie rods out front is off an M. They only made front ends like that during M production and maybe early into Super M production so 1939 to 1952.
These tie-rod-out-front axles are not popular. They totally ruin the maneuverability of the tractor; it takes an acre to turn around once you install it. About all they're good for is show tractors and getting a few, "Ooh, he's got the correct wide front on it. Those take an acre to turn around," at the shows.
In like new condition they're only worth about $600 IMHO.
