I've been spending alot of time around this new to me 460D. I haven't used it for anything productive yet but notice that the PTO is always spinning, even when shut off and locked off. I've heard mention of a "kit" that can be put in to fix this? Any idea on where to get this kit or the cost of it?? Any other ideas?? Thanks!!
