H, SH and C169 engines to serial number 48048 originally used rods and pin bushings for a 1.109 piston pin. C169 with engine serial numbers 48049 and higher and C175 engines used a .875 piston pin with bushing and rod small end smaller than the previous engines. Since for the last 50 years IH and about all aftermarket companies sell the same piston and sleeve set for all 300 and 350 engines, they made a special pin bushing to put in the rods made for 1.109 pin bushings. The special bushing lets you use .875 pin pistons with rods made for 1.109 pins. This site sells the special bushings part # 363781R92. That makes 2 different size pins you can use in the H rods. Depends on what you want. All new piston pin bushings need to be sized after installing in the rods. Like the others posted, C-175, 3-5/8 pistons won't drop in a H block.
