Bought a F-12 engine for the tractor my dad started farming with in the late 40"s. It has new sleeves, pistons & rings installed, water has set in one cyl and pitted the sleeve, piston is fine. I have honed the cyl trying to clean it up, but pits are to deep.
Will sleeves for a C fit? The f-12 has 3 1/8" overbore sleeves. Anyone have a new sleeve and set of rings lying around? Piston has 3- 1/8" Compression rings and 1- 1/4" oil ring.
