Farmall 450 engines with engine serial number 9861 and higher came with a 48196DB or 45955DB cam with left hand threads and a X after DB for the nut included. Like Eddie said that cam became the replacement for that family of engines. Replacement cams that say for 48196DBX should be like the cam you want if they are machined correct. This site sells one for M through 450 as a replacement for 48196DBX.
