The parts book does not show 9 bolt hubs, just double bevel and steel wheels. I think the 9 bolt hubs showed up on the 656 as I have seen quite a few for sale that way. My dealers hand book for pricing does not show an option for no hydraulics, it was pretty standard to have two valves and some with three. Power steering was an option though.
