jiM where the pto shaft protrudes out, that assembly is the seal retainer assembly. Remove the two bolts and pull that retainer assembly off. Then mount it upside down in an open bench vice and you can easily knock out the old seal. You will want that gasket that mounts between the retainer and the pto housing. Just stick a small clean bucket under the pto shaft. You will not lose that much 90W.
