Loader Problems

Well I tested my 544 for pressure out of the rear remotes in an effort to figure out why my new loader will not lift a relatively light load to full height and It varied from 800psi at idle to 1500 at 2200 rpm. Does anyone have specs on what the output should be?? the tractor is farmall 544 built in 1972, c-200 engine. Help! Thanks ,Dave
