Hey troops; I would like to thank everyone for all the help. 1st sgtbull- I had an old meter with a broken lens, I used your idea and took the lens out of the bad meter and put it in the old SW gauge and it barely charged. 2nd Bob, for the magnet trick which narrowed down the problem. 3rd JANicholson and John T. for the cheat sheets (trouble shooting guides). And lastly, Teddy52food who sent me info. on how to tweak a VR. I adjusted the VR. and now have a smooth charging tractor. SWMBO will help me put the bonnet on later. Ellis
