Your pic didn't come thru, usually there are 2 reasons that come to mind,
1. The wrist pin gets tight that causes the piston to slap at the top of the stroke, breaking the skirts, are the rods hard to move?
2. I broke 6 pistons in a 6 cyl chevrolet in my young [dumb] days, by not letting the engine warm up and loading it when cold, high rpm's
