I had a similar problem here and at RP last week. My computer did a over night update from IE9 to IE10. After about a half day being not able to get on either site, finally got hold of the admin at RP and was told IE10 has compatibility issues with the forum software. He suggested I uninstall IE10 and go back to IE9 which I did. Both RP and YT have worked fine since.
