When you say the the engine slows down and stops when it gets warmed up, It is possible that the plastic ring inside the injection pump that holdes the governor weight retainer together may be falling apart pluging up the return circuit. As the engine is running the pressure builds up inside the injection pump and prevents the pumping plungers from moving out as far as needed to get a new charge of fuel. A simple test is to loosen up the small timing window, on the side of the injection pump, as the engine is slowing down, allow some fuel to escape. If the engine speeds up you found the problem. You only need a screwdriver to preform this test. Let us know what you find. Good Luck
