Cows don"t roam pastures like they once did, dairying has come to be like the huge hog and chicken confinement setups (too bad). This state did lose it"s ranking in milk production to California"s huge diaries. But the top producing cheese state is still Wisconsin. So watch what you say about cheese....after all, we are called "cheeseheads" by Da Bear fans...they can"t stand the success of a certain team from Green Bay!!! LA in WI
