454 opinions?

I am considering buying a 454.This tractor isn't available as of yet.The owner, whom I don't know is trading it in on a New Holland.I will be buying it from an individual who buys trade ins from the dealer.Needless to say I can't see the tractor until it has changed hands.At this point I do know the tractor is diesel and has a loader,which I don't need.My questions are as follows,what should it be worth,are there any flaws with this line of tractors,and what does this tractor weigh without the loader or any extra weight? All opinions or facts are welcome.I am using Ferg TO 20 now. Looking to step up, but I don't want more tractor than I can use. Thanks
