193895 puts your C up into the Super C s/n range. C's ran 501 - 80432 (1948-51). Super C's ran 100001 - 198310 (1951-54). Not sure what the j is for. There are X codes that follow the s/n which indicates options, but they read X1, X2, etc. FC is the model. 1815 is the max no load rpm rating. Look on the engine block, just below the #1 spark plug (may be hidden by governor rod) for the engine s/n. Should be close to tractor s/n if engine is original. Post this s/n and we will try to help.
