If I was using other implements, I would take the loader off. You said you were using the origional mccormick loader which is a u-34. It only takes 5 minutes to remove and 10 to install. It sounds like you have the correct valves for the loader; there should be 3 hose connects on r/s and 1 on l/s. I just made hoses to run from the outlets/connections to the rear of tractor to hook to my implements. The u-34 in my opinion, was one of the first quick attatch loaders. Mark
