Try two. We've got photos of Ms with Touch Control and Super Ms with TA that are obviously pre-production. Haven't seen Super Ms with fast Hitch, but wouldn't surprise me- the Stage III was supposed to be Fast Hitch and then Stage IV was supposed to be TA, but things got reversed- probably didn't have implements ready in time or something. Instead, Stage III was the Super MTA and Stage IV was the 400 with Fast Hitch.
