Go for it! You'll find parts somewhere. It's worth more than the asking price. If you don't get it, you'll end up seeing someone else with it and you'll kick yourself for months.
I have a 1955 International R-200 that I got by bid from my local fire department. They had removed the tank and had turned it into a stake body. 20,000 original miles! My son and I gave it a tune-up, re-did the front brakes and are putting a new bed on it. Body was super but we will repaint it and use it to haul the Super C and Super H next summer.
