Great price! I'd go for it especially if you want an IH truck and the drive train is good now. I had two Scouts and loved them. Closest to yours was a '66 800B with a 3sp and 6 cyl. The six in all those is the old American Motors 232 or 256 CU that started out in Ramblers. They were used in lots of Jeeps and an evolved version is still used today by Chrysler as the 4.0 L six. Any auto parts store can parts for the engine. Also easy to get rebuilt. Search up "this old truck" magazine. They can get you in touch with IH truck groups and Scout groups. There are plenty of enthusiasts out there.
