I just finished doing the same thing to my m, it is pretty easy job but the pump is heavy and awkward to handle. Put a floor jack under it then take out the two fitting on the left and the one on the right. Then remove the control lever. Now take the inspection cover off and I believe the h has two cotter pins holding the counter shaft. Then just remove the four bolts and have someone lower the floor jack slow while u steady the pump. Once you get it out the keyed shaft on the pump unscrews counter clockwise u may have to split the pump and stick something in the gears so it don't turn. I welded a nut to a piece of half inch steel to turn mine out worked well. Make sure when u put it back together u get the control lever in its slot on the pump side of the unit, that was probably the hardest part of the whole project for me. I had to have my wife look down the fill hole with a flash light and move the lever while I put it together. That's about it not to bad a job. Good luck!!!!
