If you're gonna use a rotary mower (Don't dare call it a bush hog, the brand-name police will get all upset) you'll want something in the H-300-350 size. If by 'small' you're referring to physical size, the Utility version of the 300-350 would make a good rig for you. Alternatively, a C or Super C would run a smaller mower, say 4' or maybe a 5' in lighter going.
