Could make sure the drain in the bottom of the bowl is not stopped up. Also shut the fuel off and remove the carburetor bowl drain plug over night with a catch pan under it to check for leak through the shut off. Are you pulling the tractor to start it after flooding? If its passing the rings running you should have a lot of black smoke. How long does it take to notice the gas in the oil? With the gas shut off when not running. Fastest way I know for gas to pass the rings and get to the pan is by pulling a bad flooded tractor with a lot of fuel build up in the intake pipe and carburetor after a failed start up with the fuel turned on.
