With the current quality of new condensers i would use the one you have. Does it have good fire now sometimes we start replacing parts that real arent needed. You can get a new cap and rotor from any GOOD parts store be careful too many import stuff that is junk. I have several H-4 mags use them all the time most have been in my use for 20 pluss yrs with no replacing of parts. You will need to remove the mag to replace the condenser as it comes out on the back side. So remember where the rotor is pointed when you remove so putting it back the rotor will be in the same position. Weak spark can come from a oily or rusty rotor as they do need to sometimes be cleaned as i have bought some that they said didnt work and with cleaning great spark without new stuff. Be careful not to remove the very front as thats where the gears are that time the rotor. second place is where the points are.
