I have not seen an after market driver and sleeve for that one piece seal. For years I called for a wear sleeve for the end of that crankshaft but IH said there was not enough room with that narrow seal. Now days, the local machine shop has access to a sleeve and seal, so he says. It can be touchhy to get that seal installed even with the right tools but have seen it done without them also. Also, I have let them protrude a little from rear of block to ride on unworn surface but have to make sure lip on flywheel will not touch seal.
