OK We found the problem. the outer bearing on the bull gear drive shaft failed. It took out the bull gear drive sprocket, my dad wants to reuse the bull gear, I'm not sure that is a good idea, it took some pretty good hits itself. I know it needs 3 bearings and a brake disc kit.
