I see you have a hydraulic remote valve with broken off lever and no pipes plumbed to it. It looks like you have a small red arrow pointing it out in the top picture. hopefully the missing plumbing has plugs in its place on the valve. once you find a lever and get new couplers and plumbing (hydraulic hoses+fittings) you can lift a pulled implement. It looks like your loader is powered with an external pump, maybe off the crankshaft?

We'd like to see more pictures of your tractor and if you have more questions we'll all try to help. There should be plenty of tin available to replace what's missing from salvage yards. a 504 should be 95% the same tractor--if you stick to utility models.
