I see you have a hydraulic remote valve with broken off lever and no pipes plumbed to it. It looks like you have a small red arrow pointing it out in the top picture. hopefully the missing plumbing has plugs in its place on the valve. once you find a lever and get new couplers and plumbing (hydraulic hoses+fittings) you can lift a pulled implement. It looks like your loader is powered with an external pump, maybe off the crankshaft?
