The International 2404 was the industrial version of the International 404. The International 2404 Low Boy in the low profile version of the 2404 industrial tractor. Since this tractor did not have a 3 point or rockshaft, I suspect it was ordered to pull some specific typr of equipment in some industrial application. Most 2404 Low Boy tractors had 3 point hitch and were ordered by highway departments for grass mowing where slopes might be encountered and the additional low center of gravity provided additional roll over safety.
