Lucky... Those setups are kinda hard to find in my experience...
I assumed you wanted it NOW, and the best way to do that is with a bypass block and generic open-center valve. The bypass block can be had any day of the week on Ebay, and the valve, hoses, and fittings can be found dozens of places depending on how far you want to go and how much you want to pay.
