Depending on the condition of the tin and if it has been stored in a shed or barn, scrap price at the most. Getting it to run will not be a big deal but could cost you several hundred. It needs fuel, spark and compression with proper timing and it will run. Since it has not run in 20 years, it will need a carburetor cleaning, points, condenser, rotary button, rotary cap, plug wires, plugs, and possibly a bit of repair to the distributor itself. It the coil was fine when it was parked it should still be good. If the carburetor was a Carter you may not get it to work and may have to buy a new unit.
