I put one in my Farmall 300 last summer and it made a world of difference. Because the 300 shifter is bent to the left at the top I had a hard time finding gears with the old pin because the shifter would twist about 45 degrees when I tried to push or pull. With the new pin it has virtually no twist and I know exactly where I am. Zach
