My SMTA has a remote valve on it. It is about a foot high and enables the use of 2 a 2 way cylinder. Think it is factory done or at least IH. It also has a live pump so the hoses from the pump to to t's on the side of the valve then on to the lift-all. It has the double rod setup, one rod for the lift all the other for the remote. The reservoir on this tractor is in the lift-all under rear end of the gas tank so the valve just mounts on the right side on top of the case between the engine and transmission. It mounts on a pipe so I would assume that if the tractor had the reservoir in the center section oil would be plumbed into the reservoir. The remote valve works independently but I think the operator's manuel says you have to have it in a certain position to use the lift-all valve. Have not used the lift-all so I don't know for sure. The valve is shown in the M parts book
