I have a Farmall 450 Gas. It"s been working great, until I started her up this spring. I noticed that the rear cylinder would not push up as smoothly as before, even without a load on it. I didn"t think too much of it as it could use some work, or just a new ram. But when I started driving with the power steering, that was giving me some resistance. It would eventually help me turn, but I really needed to turn the steering wheel back and forth kinda emphasizing the way I wanted it to turn and it would then it would help out a little at a time. I was able to turn hay and bale just fine, just a little annoying. So I am think that it could be the pump, since I have 2 things not working quite right. Is that a good assumption?? How would I go about making 100% sure that it is the pump, does not look the easiest to take out, but also not the hardest either. Thanks for any input on my situation.
