The on on site way (good but tedious) is to use a dremmel tool and widen the slot for the next thicker woodruf Key. Cut down the new thick key so it fits the same depth. The strongest is to have a keyway slotted into the shaft at the location of the existing wallowed out hole. Use a key (maybe 3/16") that is just wider than the wallowed out hole. Then broach the handle to match. THis is strong because it now uses the full length key. A third is to JB weld a new woodruf key into the wallowed out slot, then put the handle on and drill through both for a 3/16 roll pin. Put a smaller roll pin inside that one to make a stronger pin.
