16305 = year 1958 if its a 350. S = tractor came with a T/A and internal parts for a IPTO drive. U = the tractor came with higher compression pistons than standard, intended for higher elevation use. Long axles were a option. Standard rim size for a farmall was 38 inch. Tractor was probably equipped with the non standard wheel and tires for a special use. Maybe what Georgeky mentioned.
