Rear lamp and Tail lamp? What's the difference?
Rear lamp should be a light to illuminate behind you for field work and tail lamp should be a red light for road travel (unless I got them backwards :oops: ).
Originally, the sealed beam lamp for the rear light was red on the backside. There was a small, clear miniature lamp that acted as a taillight and illuminated through the backside of the sealed beam to give a red taillight for road travel.
