Hi JS, Hopefully your PTO clutch is not seized to the pressure plate. First do clutch foot pedal adjustment.
There is an adjusting screws on each clutch finger. As I posted before on our 434 the adjusting nuts on these screws ware a grove in the pressure plate fingers and this caused the type of PTO problems you are experiencing. By loosening the adjusting nuts and turning them a 1/4 turn so they would not rest in the old worn groove fixed our 434 PTO problems.
