Found a International 464 with a loader and back blade, cab, non-running. good shape for the most part. If the motor is not stuck I was thinking of offering $1,000 maybe $1,500 (I'm not interested if its stuck)....Am I way off base here? I understand its hard telling without more info or a picture, I just want to make sure I'm not insulting the guy by offering so little OR am I offering to much. I figured the value to be around $2,500 running so a grand less than that, give or take, seems reasonable...thanks for any input, ~Anthony
