Well with out putting a gauge on it we are both guessing , but here goes. IF it will not engage after you shut it off and tryed to restart then i am GUESSEN that the tiny little pin that holds the two halfs of the valve broke . So to fix it if that is the problem then your going to have to drop the draw bar support and unhook the linkage and remove the valve out the bottom of the PTO unit . This can be done with mim. fluid loss IF you fast at getting the plug back in . When you re install the valve then your going to need the test port fitting and a gauge capable of reading 600 PSI to reset the pressure HOT and myself i would set the pressure at around 240-260 psi .
