Have you got all the pieces? We smashed the grill on our 584,I glued all the pieces together with crazy glue,to temporarily keep the grill together. Then I mixd up somefiberglass resin and,laying the grill on its face,I poured resin into the channels. After the resin dried I cut tiny pieces of fiberglass abd laid them in then gave it some more resin. A little bondo went on the outside to "finish,some sanding and a coat of aluminum paint and you couldn't tell it had been broken...and its a lot stronger grill than stock.
