Does this appear to be an International #?

Greetings,
Went to a guys place to look at some Ford 8N parts. There was a flat pulley attachment he thought was Ford. Wasn't. It was red in color. Had I think 6 monting holes, flange was round and shaft size appeared to be 7/8's inch or maybe an inch. Serial number was: 351260 R7 or maybe RL and another number possibly 8. He is trying to sell this stuff for the widow of his buddy and is advertising it wrong. I told him I would ask you experts if it was maybe International.
