2000 loader on a F-460 will not bolt directly on to a F-350 "as is". It will require modifications to the subframe rear axle mounting method and acquiring of proper front mounting brackets. Subframe from a loader mounted on a 460 tractor may require shortening to get it proper length for a 350 tractor . A good welder with design engineering skills could make modifications to the rear subframe and could build front brackets that would work satisfactorily. Compare illustrations 11A (460 tractor) and 11E (350 tractor) in first scan for rear axle mounts. In second scan , compare Illust. 10C (460 tractor) with Illust. 10E (350 tractor) front mount brackets. Hope this helps.
