Thanks Vet for responding. My 1486 is a 1980 model and how do I tell if I have a closed or open center system? We have had a flow rater on it also and it is pushing 15 gpm. We have other tractors , eleven other tractors including two four wheel drives and six front wheel assist tractors, but I like at times hooking up to my old 1486 and using it. I still like to show people what this old tractor can do and looking damn doing it. I also still own a 1466 but after quitting the custom hay business and row crop farming only, I sold last summer my 706, two 806's and my 856. Didn't have the room anymore and I couldn't see them sitting outside.
