pulling hitch/ farmall m

just purchased an m and will build a stock antique puller. need advise on how to build an adjustable hitch. we pull transfer sleds but it seems that nobody measures 20'' the same. needs to be a little adlustable. also would like to locate a single tire front end if possible. thanks steve
