I have been working on a H that my dad owns. About 2 years ago i tried to start the thing. When I tried to crank the engine i hit a "sticky spot". The engine locked up and I could stand on the crank and the engine wouldn't move. I tore into the engine and checked the rods, pistons, crankshaft and camshaft. Nothing visually seems to be wrong with the engine. I then took a pipe wrench to the front of the crankshaft and surprisingly the engine began to turn. If I turn the engine fast it will not stick, but if I turn it slow it will hit that spot and i can't turn it. What could the problem be?
