Take the seat cover off and see what's going on. It will be easy enough to figure out what hoses go where.
The hose that flexes when you use the left remote is probably connected to the left remote in place of the factory outlet. The factory outlet is probably damaged and hoses were a much cheaper way to repair it.
You also appear to have a power beyond setup, which gives you auxiliary hydraulics beyond the two factory remotes. That extra control is probably a THIRD hydraulic remote. You don't want to remove it, it could come in handy!
When you get the cover off, look at the end of the "valve stack" and you should see a couple of extra hoses.
