The C-135 was the engine in a 404 which was the next generation of the C thru 240. I don't think much was changed mechanically from the engine back... still had the 4 speed tranny and no live pto. I'm not certain, but my guess would be it's a "drop in" fit. If it's a power unit engine, it may have things like the hydraulic pump mount and starter that it may not be machined for or are located differently.
