If you can use some spray paint stripper on the pump tag, and post the Bosch ten digit number so I can see how it's built by the parts list. Will start with 0 460 xxx xxx. This is the best # to use for any Bosch assembly. Next best is complete EP/VA #. Sounds like the throttle valve is stuck and control shaft pin is broken. Very few parts are around for this pump. Just sent one back to Hawaii that had worn shaft bushings. If the pin is broken I'll see if it is still available. Head/plunger assembly are non existent for the most part.
